new water pump, flushed radiator and heater core, two new thermostats

the radiator and overflow jug BOTH are full of anti-freeze.

BOTH heater hoses at the firewall connections are extremly hot and the other
cooler.

I am  mechanically inclined please e-mail me some diagnostic procedures for me
to test my system to find my problem.

Your problem is either a restricted heater core, A fault in the AC/Heater programmer or excessive pressure in the cooling system. What you need is several pictures showing you what to test of which you must e-mail: [email protected] as this website only allows ONE picture.
