i have a 93 sts, and you cant control  where the heat is coming from it comes out where ever it feels like for the most part and its hard to figure out where. you can control the speed of the blower motor

You either have a fault with one or more of the actuator valves and or a fault with the AIR CONDITIONING PROGRAMMER (ACP). What you will need is several pictures of these actuator locations and directives on how to test each actuator as well as the ACP.
