Cadillac Repair: 93 sts Blower motor removal, coil pack, blower motor

Question
I have a 1993 Seville with a 4.6 engine and trying to replace the blower motor. What do I need to remove to get room to remove the motor from the housing? I have removed the coil pack and the small stuff  but the motor hits the valve cover. Thanks Virgil

You have to use your own descretion as to how to get it out. Some people cut the plastic housing surrounding the blower motor and reglue it back in place which is a LOUSY way to do it OR you can loosen all the engine mounts and jack up the engine.

Purchase a new blower motor and see if it is a different style.
