Cadillac Repair: 99 cadillac sts, cadillac sts, rear shocks

Speed is limited to 90 mph.  I had the rear shocks changed and this pop up on screen.  What can I do to fix this problem?  I used aftermarket shocks and I noticed there isn't a plug in  piece on the aftermarket like there is on the factory.

This is what is supposed to happen when you put on aftermarket shocks as those plug in pieces are supposed to have a wiring harness plugged into each shock.

The ONLY way to fix this problem is to put the correct manufacturers shocks on the vehicle.
