Cadillac Repair: Windsheild Wipers, wipers, test procedures

I have an 2000 Deville and recently my wipers just stoped working. I checked the voltage to the motor and nothing. The fuse is still good, do i need to replace the switch?

You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
