Cadillac Repair: 1981 fleetwood 4-6-8, plastic pieces, blw

the A/C and heat blower motor keeps coming on by its self sometimes when driving sometimes not just recently had the air        charged and even when i push the off button the blw keeps doing it  by the way it was my grandfathers car it has 52000 original miles the top and plastic pieces are a little beat up but the interior is great

Tmost common cause is a faulty POWER MODULE and or AC/Heater programmer. You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
