Cadillac Repair: 1987 Cadillac Seville, cadillac seville, gm cars

I just bought a 1987 Seville and the heater doesn't work.  If I turn it on nothing blows from the vents, just from the floor and all it blows is cool air.  Can you help me please figure out what is wrong so I don't have to spend a fortune at a dealership for a simple fix?.  Thank you

It is most likely  a fault in the AC/Heater PROGRAMMER. there is quite a few pictures and directives that you will need in order to diagnose and fix these problems.

also: does the air speed increase and decrease or it it just like having no blower at all ?. You need to e-mail: [email protected] for the information. This guy is not local but has a good reputation for GM cars. I usually recommend [email protected] but he is out sick.
