Cadillac Repair: valve cover gaskets- 1999 Cadillac Catera, cadillac catera, cadillac dealer

I WENT TO THE CADILLAC DEALER FOR AN OIL LEAK AND THEY SAID IT WAS THE VALVE COVER GASKETS.  They said it will cost $700- I went to tires plus and they said $450. What would you say? Tires plus says 3.5 hrs lbor at $83.

My Chilton's guide says 2.1hrs. but Alldata says 4.2hrs. Not sure why such a big difference there but the Alldata rate is supposedly the most up to date and most shops use their info. Of course that's for BOTH.
Left = 3.6hrs.
Right = 3.3hrs.
Both = 4.2hrs.
