Cadillac Repair: STOP ENGINE ENGINE OVERHEAT on dash, engine oil dipstick, cadillac deville

Hello have 1994 cadillac deville just got heater blower motor replaced had no signal come on before took in to shop, after picked up turned car on and now reads stop engine engine overheat when car has not even driven and is not hot whatsoever also in colorado in 20 degree weather, do you have any ideas what this might be?????

Locate the engine oil dipstick. About 3 inches down the tube you will see a bracket attached to the tube that bolts to the engine. Right next to the bracket and the closest spark plug you will see a 2 wires, LIGHT GREEN and BLACK that plug into a sensor. replace this ENGINE METAL TEMPERATURE SENSOR.
