Cadillac Repair: Dashboard gauges suddenly stopped, door locks, digital clock

Question
I am at a loss to figure out why the dashboard gauges, the idiot lights, the digital clock and the radio suddenly stopped working on my 2002 Cavalier. The background dash lights are on, all other power seems fine (windows, door locks, etc.)  Any thoughts?

Funny, I didn't know Cadillac made a Cavalier? J/K
Have you checked ALL fuses? That would be a good start. After that, verify the IP cluster ground is good. Unfortunately, beyond that, it's best to have a scan tool to see whether the Class 2 system is properly working since at that point the cluster itself will be suspect.
