Cadillac Repair: 80 Eldorado running rich, climate control, eldorado

Hello my 80 Eldorado is running rich i don't know why, I changed cap, plugs,
rotor and wires now i'm stuck any advice would b very helpful.

IS or HAS the CHECK ENGINE light ever illuminated on the dash ?.

If it HAS or has NOT, Let's check the computer fo fault codes via:

1. Ignition ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER buttons on your climate control panel for 3 seconds and release them.

3. On the display you will see CODES in the form of LETTERS & NUMBERS appaer and the display will stop at .7.0

4. Write down EXACTLY what LETTERS & NUMBERS display EXACTLY as they appear as if you were video taping them and let me know what you get.

5. turn ignition OFF.
