Cadillac Repair: 93 seville ride control, climate control, control buttons

My wife's Seville with 43,000 miles has a service ride control warning. I tried to retrieve the codes with the climate control buttons, but got no response. Maybe I did  something wrong. Can you help? Thanks

Answer
1. Ignition ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER (^) buttons on your climate control panel for 3 seconds and release them.

3. Diagnostic CODES will appear in the form of LETTERS combined with NUMBERS and also with each code that displays will be the word CURRENT or HISTORY.

4. Write down EXACTLY what displays on the fuel data panel EXACTLY as it appears and let me know.

5. Turn OFF ignition.
