Cadillac Repair: problem with air bag service light, ac system, air bag

my air bag service light comes on how do i reset. for 99 caddy sedan de ville. codes for history are 1552 current 1348 1147 1148 1327 dont know wich one u need.

B1348 = Low freon in the AC system.

B1147 = drivers side air bag malfunction.

B1148 = Passengers side air bag malfunction.

B1327 = Device power #1 (low current) circuit high.

This appears to be a faulty DIAGNOSTIC SENSING MODULE located under the drivers seat.

QUESTION: has this vehicle ever been in a front end collision anor got a large volume of water or engine anti-freeze in the passengers floor board ?.
