Cadillac Repair: p076 error, wheel assembly, wheel speed

Question
I have a 95 eldorado and it will not shift into any gear.  The current error codes are p076 and t027.  Any idea what is wrong and how to fix it?

P076 = Transmission pressure control solenoid failure.

Requires partial removal of transmission to repolace solenoid on the valve body which is located under the side pan cover of the trans behind the drivers side wheel assembly.

T027 = left front wheel speed sensor fault.
