Cadillac Repair: AC Blowing hot air on one side, control damper, cadillac deville

Hi there...I would really appreciate some insight to my ac question.  I have a 1998 Cadillac Deville,  The ac blows cold..... EXECPT for the passenger side...the air blowing outta there is sooo hot!  Any idea why this would be???  I have tried to turn down the climate control and everything, nothing works...thanks for your time!

There are 2 actuators that control damper doors that mix the cold and hot air and if your on AC and the passengers side is HOT, The actuator is most likely faulty.
