Cadillac Repair: 1995 eldorado gas door, power locks, door locks

Question
I can't open the door for the gas tank. It is probably a fuse. Also power locks and power seat recently stopped working. I think they are the same fuse. Is there an override to open the gas tank door?

Answer
On the gas cap side of the trunk, Inside behind the side carpet/Panel there is a release handle.

Check your fuses in the trunk as there is one for the gas door and another for the door locks and the seats are on a circuit breaker.
