Cadillac Repair: TEMP. CONTROL MODULE, blower motor, wire connector

ON MY 1992 ELDORADO THE BLOWER MOTOR STAYS RUNNING WITH THE KEY OFF. I HAD TO REMOVE THE BLOWER FUSE.IS THE TEMP. CONTROL MODULE BAD AND WHERE IS IT LOCATED. YOU'VE BEEN VERY HELPFUL IN THE PAST THANKS AGAIN....

while standing in front of the car, Locate the blower motor on the firewall on the passengers side. Just above the blower motor and slightly to the left is the POWER MODULE that has 2 electrical multi-wire wire connector and is held in place by 3 7mm screws. Remove the screws and lift the power module OUT and replace it.
