Cadillac Repair: Help!!!!!, brain box, fusible links

89 Seville....dash is out....bought and installed new brain box...still doesn't work. I have no way of seeing gas gage, digital speed or air...have checked everything....and no wipers. If I turn key backwards...i have wipers...what is up...can you please help?

Check both ends of ALL your fusible links on the passengers fender in the engine compartment for battery voltage. Also check ALL the BLACK wire GROUNDS located right next to the fusible links for having a good ground source.
