Cadillac Repair: Codes P012, P014, P047, coolant temp, engine coolant

94 Eldorado with a rebuilt trans. cleared all history codes. Codes p012, p014 and P047 keep showing up.. What does these codes mean and how can I fix whatever these codes are?  HELP!!

P012 = no 4X signal from ignition control module.

P014 = Shorted engine coolant temp sensor signal.

P047 = PCM/IPC data lik fault.
