Cadillac Repair: how to reset air compressor, number combinations, light indicator

i have a 95 cadillac concoure v-8...the light indicator says low refriderent..so i add freion..the light still comes on....i tried holding down auto & defog...also defrost and nothing seems to reset it what am i doing wrong?

perform this test:

1. ignition ON.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER buttons on your climate control panel for 3 sconds and release them.

3. LETTER and NUMBER combinations will appear with either HISTORY or CURRENT below each LETTER and NUMBER combinations that appear.

4. I need to know EXACTLY what appears in the EXACT order in which it appears as if you were video taping it.

5. Turn OFF ignition.

QUESTION: Did you convert the system fromR-12 refrigerant to R-134 refrigerant ?.
