Cadillac Repair: 1993 Cadillac STS 4.6 l Northstar, cadillac sts, combustion chambers

I have a Northstar 1993 STS 4.6 liter.  I go through about a half a gallon of antifreeze a month. I'm not sure what the antifreeze loss is about as I don't see any sign of a leak.  The car also leaks oil which burns on the manifold sending small amounts of smoke through the hood.  The dealer wanted several thousand dollars to fix the oil leak. I usually add a quart of oil every three weeks. Any thoughts on this?

Cadillac engines do consume about a quart of oil every 3000 miles (approx) which is according to the manufacturer, NORMAL.

As for the anti-freeze this is most likely a small crack in one of the head gaskets and the anti-freeze is being burned thru the combustion chambers but not enough to emit white smoke. this is another Cadillac problem.
