QUESTION: Hi I have a 94 cadillac eldorado.my problem is the blower does no blow out of the front vents.the defrosters blow and the rear blower works fine.I have been told it may be a manifold vacume line.any help would be greatly appreciated
ANSWER: The front vents (face vents) do not blow out heat, Only AC.

QUESTION: the face vents do not work at all.( no AC or heat)

There is a problem with the upper mode valve whereas it is either:

faulty.
Loss of vacuum to the blue hose.
internal fault of the programmer.
