Question
The digital dash and the information center will not come on when I turn the car on. All digital displays will not work, ex. information center and heater/air conditioner. The interior lights also dont come on when I open the door. Only when I push the button for the interior lights will they come on. I unplugged the BCM, thinking that was it and the heater came on. When I put a test light to the wire where the interior lights go into the BCM they turn on. Is this a faulty ground and if it is, where is it grounded to.

Answer
The problem with the digital dash can be a fault of the dash itself, A fault in the ECC climate controller and or the BCM.

Did you try to see if the interior lights come ON by opening the passengers door.
