Cadillac Repair: Blower motor, cadillac sedan deville, blower motor

Question
I have a '91 Cadillac Sedan Deville with 67,234 miles.  The a/c blower motor continues to run when the a/c switch is off and the ignition is turned off.  What could cause this problem and is the problem easy to repair?

Could be the:

Blower motor.

Power module.

BCM (computer)

Loose wiring.
