Cadillac Repair: 98 DeVille DElegance Rear Suspension, vin number, gages
QuestionI so not know if the car has road sensing suspension and I am refering to the ALC. Is there a way to tell--the car is used and didn't come with an options sheet. Would the VIN number help?
Thanks again.

It is obvious that the rear of the car is lower than the front. We just acquired this car and want to get it working properly. How do I tell what is wrong with the suspension. I don't know where to check fuses. I was also wondering if there is a place on the gages that will say car is leveling. As of now, I can't see a place on the gages. If I do need to get new suspension or new compressor in the rear--do you recommend an aftermarket place to look for less expensive parts? I don't even know where to begin. Thanks

Are you referring to AUTOMATIC LEVEL CONTROL ?.
If you are I need to know if your car also has ROAD SENSING SUSPENSION.
AnswerI doubt if you haveroad sensing. Therefore you need a diagnostic test procedure and some pictures to determine what is at fault.
