Cadillac Repair: 1992 Cadillac Eldorado - O2 Sensor, cadillac eldorado, oxygen sensor

I have a error code E013 which indicates the right oxygen sensor is not ready.  Are you able to tell me the approximate location of the sensor?  Also I have another error code E047 indicating IPC - PCM Data Problem, is this related to the O2 sensor? If not I would appreciate some direction for that problem. Thanks for your help.
