Cadillac Repair: 1992 Fleetwood electrical trouble, power relays, electrical trouble

1992 Fleetwood with a mind of it's own.  Keyless entry remotes will work once in a while repeatedly and then the next time I go to use it...nothing..New remote, new batteries.  Rear windows, locks, lighters do not work.  Not even master controls will operate windows or locks.  A/C works well...sometimes....and other times nothing.  I am going to have the A/C system checked, but the other problems have me clueless.  I have checked all fuses.  Is there a seperate relay that powers the rear accessories.  I have checked the two retained accessory power relays with no luck.   HELP!!!  Please!!!

What work of ankind WHAT-SO-EVER has been performed on the car for any reason. In most cases where work was performed this is where you will find your fault.

Exactly what does the A/C NOT do ?.

Give me some more history on the vehicle.
