Cadillac Repair: 96 Cadillac Deville turn signal, turn signal flasher, cadillac deville

My turn signals work one day and not the next.  When not working, both are out.  Bulbs are good and emergency flashers work.  I couldn't find the flasher on the car.

Answer
The turn signal flasher is usually mounted under the dash up alond side of the steering column about level with your knees when your sitting in the drivers seat. You have to remove the black plastic panel under the dash to locate the flasher. It is mounted on a little bracket all by itself near the steering column.
