Cadillac Repair: miss, plug wires, fuel filter

Question
i have a 93 caddy deville 193000 i just did a tune up plug wires cap rotor fuel filter  i put the fuel filter on then started the car to make sure it was done right ran fine, then proceeded to install plug wires cap rotor, finished and now there seems to be a miss, all the wires and plugs were in right, took them out turned the motor over for each of them all fired i'm stuck ?

Double check again to make sure the ign wires were routed ok and make sure you have them correct on the cap to the spark plug,also make sure you didnt crack a spark plug when you installed them,especially on the back bank,i have seen that before and a cracked/broken spark plug will cause and ign missfire.let me know if you need more help.
