Cadillac Repair: water pump, water pumps, dimmer switch

need to replace water pump on 91 el dorado. any special tools needed? Also the location and the difficulty to do this job. Also is there a way to bypass the dimmer switch on the column with a switch in the floor.

Our specialty is in electronics. We rarely do water pumps or things of this nature so I really can't tell you anything about it.

I do not recommend or perform this type of unconventional repair. We fix them RIGHT or not at all.
