I've got a 89 fleetwood brougham and the steering wheel is real loose.  It has tilt and telescope. it's like its coming loose from the bottom or something.  How do I tighten it up?

If you want to take the steering column apart and tighten the 3 screws that are loose, Of which is VERY COMMON, I can send you pictures and  he procedure of how to disassemble,access and tighten the screws and reassemble the steering column.
