Cadillac Repair: cadillac trans, cadillac deville, 2000 cadillac deville

Question
I parked turned it off 5 minutes later I started it back up and the car would not move in any gear?
the display for the trans does not show the line to tell you what gear the car is in.

Hi Terrance, Sounds like you might have a problem inside the trans possably with a valve in the valvebody that is sticking and an electrical problem with the shift indicator. You will need to get it into the shop and have it looked at. Sorry I can't be more help. Bill
