1991 s-10 blazer,where is the circuit breaker for the windshield wipers

Its under the dash by your left foot. Look under and up. No wipers at all?  Give the motor a wiggle with it on. The ground strap that runs through the stud might be broken.  If you take a testlight from engine ground to the case of the motor and it lights up you have a bad ground on the motor.  The motor is mounted with rubber mounts so it doest fatigue the metal on the firewall.  Check that first.
