Chevrolet Repair: no heat on floor, fuses, chevy

I have a 98 chevy 2-10 4 cyl. it blows heat out of the dash and defrost but nothing comes out of the floor, not air cond. either on floor.  what can I do?

 Sounds like a problem with the mode door selection. Send me the VIN and I will narrow it down. I don't know if it is vacuum or electric so check for a leak like hissing and check fuses.   Defrost is default when the mode door fails.
