Chevrolet Repair: 1999 4.3L Eng stutter, vacuum leak, cylinder misfire

Check engine light is on. Check for codes #P0101, P0171, & P0174. Replaced the MAP sensor and took it for a test drive.  Still doing the same thing. Help!!

I am not the orginal person you asked about this.  I found this question disgarded and thought I would attempt to answer it.  Hope this helps.

The P0101 code is Mass Airfow Sensor perfoprmance, which will set the following 2 codes P0171 and P0174- lean bk1 and lean bk2 which in turn creates the P0300- random cylinder misfire. Sounds like it needs a new MAF, or there is a big vacuum leak between the MAF and the engine
