Chevrolet Repair: Blow Motor Resistor Replacement, blower motor resistor, head bolts

How do I replace the blower motor resistor on a 99 Silverado K1500 4x4 pick up.  The two lowest blower speeds do not work.  Do you have any pictures or figures showing where this thing is?  THanks..Randy

I do not have a picture but I can tell you that it is easy to change.  It is underneath the plastic trim panel on the passenger side lower dash.  It is behind the blower motor.  It is haeld in with 7/32 size head bolts.  You will have to lower the plastic trim for acces. held on with 7mm bolt heads.
