Chevrolet Repair: 1993 Z-71, z 71, kc area

Question
Will not start after changing ignition lock .  Is  there  some  security thing  that  is  stopping it ?   It  acts  and  sounds like  its  starting,  then  off ???    913-908-1481   Pete--  Help    Thanks  in advance

NO there is not a security system on the truck.  It is possible that you have not gotten the rack and rod aligned correctly and the ignition switch is not falling into the correct location.  Unfortunately I will not be able to help any further unless I can actually see the truck since I am located in the Chicago area and you are in the KC area.  Hope this advice helps.
