Chevrolet Repair: Wipers, chevy astro van, chevy astro

I have a 1994 Chevy Astro Van. Recently the wiper motor went Out. I have replaced the motor with a new one but, somehow the wipers are not aligned correctly. They will not go all the way down and when they turn on one of the blades goes off the windshield. What can I do to fix this. Can I easily pop the blade assembly off and just rotate them down a little and put it back on or is there something else I need to do. I am stuck. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Steve, Yes you can just remove the wiper arms and install them in the correct position. Did you remove them to replace  the motor assembly? If not, be sure that the link on the new motor to the linkage is on correctly and not 180 degrees off.
