Chevrolet Repair: 1989 s10 blazer, s10 blazer, check fuel

my 1989 s10 blazer with 2.8 efi.cranks and runs and idles fine but when going up hills has no power

Did it just start doing this or has it been always like this? The 2.8 normally does not have that much power.

Check gas filter for being clogged.
Check fuel pressure...should be over 10psi.
Are both injectors spraying a good amount of fuel? Check that both spray patterns are equal.
