Chevrolet Repair: 96 motor to a 90 body, chevy 5 7, high pressure pump

I am currently building a truck, it is my first. I have a 96 chevy 5.7 ltr motor and wanting to put it in a 90 chevy body. Will I need to change the entire wiring and computer out. Or are they compatible.

You will have to switch EVERYTHING.  I strongly advise against doing this.  Too involved.  Besides that you will need to change fuel pump to a high pressure pump all the fuel lines will need to be changed etc.  MONEY PIT!!!!!  NOt sure you would ever make it run.
