Chevrolet Repair: Turn Signal Flasher Unit, chevrolet k1500, fuse box

I would like to get the location and part number of the turn signal flasher unit for a 1995 Chevrolet K1500 full size P/U 6.5L Turbo Diesel...I am looking for a louder than normal sound for the turn signal..

Hi Larry, This flasher is a electronic type and that is why it is quiet. It should be located just to the left of the brake pedal in  the fuse box. To get a louder one..Not sure if that can happen. You could wire in a relay that is loud so when the t/s are on it would activate the relay too making more noise. There again you need to locate a relay that is loud.
