Chevrolet Repair: electrical or fuse problem, chevy blazer, wireing diagram

ihave a 1996 2 door  chevy  blazer  my horn,hatch  ,and lighter don,t seem to work al the fuses appear ok also it don,t seem to have all the power it use to  like  it  dogs up the  rd  luggs , do you  have any advise?

Could be unrelated issue, or could be all together and joined by a fusible link.  The fusible link may have controlled the shift solenoid in the transmission along with the other items you discussed.  

You need a good wireing diagram.  You can probably get that at autozone.com.
