350 stroker sound like the header leaking but not dont know where its comming from its stop when i accelerate. only dose while idle..

WOW, I can't believe you can even hear an exhaust leak on this motor.  I imagine it is probably pretty impressively loud.  

Do you have an EGR system on this?  I doubt it, but that would change position on acceleration.  

I guess the sound you hear is a tick.  Maybe a pre-ignition or a valve adjustment.  

Without hearing it, it is tough to diagnose it.
