Chevrolet Repair: 92 lumina z23 idle problem, lumina, possibilities

My lumina is having idle problems and i can figure out what is causing it.

unsure of how to direct you to diagnose because I don't know what the problems are.  Could be a variety of problems and that means a variety of possibilities.  

Does the problems happen cold or hot?  Will it idle at all?  What happens when you accelerate, does the idle smooth out?  Is cruising speed good?  

If is will idle but badly, try hooking up a vac guage.
