Hi Anton,

I cannot view the pic.  If it is in the plastic bottle, they sell a 2 part epoxy at the parts store, or the hardware store.  Make sure it is for your plastic material.  You mix the two parts together and apply fast.  Let dry overnight and it turns into a thick, strong and see through glob of plastic.  It actually melts the hole together and sets up too.  Very good stuff.
