Chevrolet Repair: tilt steering, one peice, wiring connector

The tilt steering on my 90 blazer (fullsize)is loose i have it torn down almost to the 4bolts but i can not get one peice out of the way. the interal blinker horn peice with the wires connected. How do you get that off. thanks for your time.

If I remember right you are going to have to drop the steering column. Once dropped follow the top of it all the way down, you should find a wiring connector, if you have all the bolts to the turn signal piece you should be able to pull it right out, sometimes it can be a pain but that is the only thing that should be stopping it.
