Chevrolet Repair: window motor removal, chevy cavilier, power window regulator

Question
I have  an 03 chevy cavilier and I am trying to remove the old window motor and replace it but it is unwilling to come out.  How do I remove it and install the new one?

Hi   John                                                    Lower the window to the three quarters down position.  
Remove the door trim panel.
Remove the window to regulator nuts.
Push the window to the closed position and tape in place.
Disconne the regulator electrical connector.
Removect the power window regulator bolts
Drill out the power window regulator rivets
Remove the power window regulator  from the door.
