Chevrolet Repair: new brakes, chevy suburban, burning rubber

brakes just done in new chevy suburban, lots of smome smell like burning rubber, and now brakes locked. unable do drive

Hi Claudio, I guess the first place to start is to locate which wheels don't turn. Now inspect the work that was done to make sure there is something not done correctly. Let me know what you find on this one, I have never heard of this happening before.
