I have a 89 chevrolet celebrity and I would like to know how to remove the cigarette lighter. kevin

Hey Kevin,
There should be a single wire going to the back of the lighter held there by a sqeezable prong type plastic retainer.
There also might be a large nut on the back, such as you might find on the knob of an aftermarket radio knob. Just bigger.
