How hard is it to change a freeze out plug in a 1995 chevy blazer?

It depends on which one it is.
If it's behind the transmission, you'll have to remove the transmission.
Otherwise it's not too bad to replace a freeze plug.
They make freeze plugs out of brass and steel and also have one that all you have to do is set it in the hole and tighten a nut.
